Hatbox was so named because it was inspired by those old vintage hatboxes that they used to make to package hats, back in the day when they were fashionable. Have you ever seen those vintage hatboxes? I love ‘em! They’re usually created with beautiful colors, ribbons, stitching and a combination of solid colors, patterns and textures. The Allure Hatbox Theme comes in a color scheme of turquoise and black and features a pretty label attached to a black grosgrain ribbon, along with a combination of a striped pattern and solid colors to create the entire Hatbox look.
The front page of Hatbox displays featured images, post titles, post excerpts, post date and comment count – with the top most post displaying a large featured image with subsequent posts having smaller, thumbnail images for a clean and unique display of you content.
Hatbox also includes special widgets for author profiles, twitter feeds, social media icons, e-mail subscription and YouTube display.
