It’s THAT time of year: Halloween! Our Hallowed Theme (..uh, get it… HallowedTheme…Halloween….er, whatever!) celebrates the spooky, ghastly and ghostly holiday of Halloween with a vibrant orange and black theme with lots of Halloween design element goodies to wrap it all up! If you like the theme and want to use it year round – there’s a bonus surprise for you that allows you to keep theme, mainly, as-is – but removes the specific Halloween elements and replaces them with neutral non-holiday-specific elements so you can enjoy the theme year-round, and then dress it up again for Halloween! I’m just a big fan of candy corn – so I couldn’t resist the temptation this October!
Hallowed has nice treatments to fonts, using a fun Google Fonts called “Cherry Creme Soda” that give the over all look of theme nice character and presentation. Images got some special treatment, as well, with attention paid to placement, dimension and presentation. As mentioned earlier, the footer can go from Halloween to a neutral Fall theme with a simple adjustment:
