April is a beautiful, feminine and light theme for WordPress and available for use with the Allure Foundation, as well as being a WordPress child theme for Genesis and Builder. This theme is designed in a light color scheme of tan, white, light browns with a touch of peach. April was also designed with a light touch of texture with the linen background and textured ribbon used as the finishing touch in the footer of the site, and to round off the promise of Springtime, two happy birds in the header of the site.
The front page displays featured images, post titles, post excerpts, post date and comment count – with the first post displaying a large featured image followed by your other posts with smaller thumbnail images. The April theme utilizes the built-in WordPress post thumbnail feature and re-sizes and inserts your images perfectly. April also includes special widgets for author profiles, twitter feeds, social media icons, e-mail subscription and YouTube display – as well as the various theme options that allow you to use your own logo, change your favicon and toggle author profiles and related posts with thumbnails…and more!
April is available for use with the following frameworks: The Allure Foundation, Genesis by StudioPress and iThemes Builder.
