What platforms do your themes support?
Currently, Allure Themes are created for the self-hosted WordPress platform only.
Can I use Allure Themes on WordPress.com?
Not at this time, no. Allure Themes are for use for people hosting a blog on their own hosting account using the WordPress.Org software.
What is WordPress?
WordPress is a content management system (CMS), or a publishing tool that gives you the ability to publish content on the internet. Once you’ve registered a domain and installed the WordPress software on your web hosting server (we recommend BA Hosting for WordPress hosting needs), then publishing a web site to the internet is a snap! Allure Themes are designed and developed to work with WordPress – which means our themes will not work without it.
Do You Provide Support for WordPress?
Our support forum moderators have extensive experience with the WordPress software and will do their best to assist you with the use of WordPress, as it relates to use of a theme you’ve purchased from Allure. From time to time, we find that some users need some real training when it comes to using and publishing with WordPress, in which case, we may refer you to Lisa’s book: WordPress For Dummies, training membership at WebDesign.com or other WordPress support and training resources, as needed.
What is a WordPress Theme?
A WordPress theme is a ready-to-use template, or theme design for your existing WordPress web site.
General Account Questions:
How Do I Gain Access to Allure Themes?
Choose your preferred package on our Pricing page. As soon as you make your purchase, you will receive an email providing you with necessary login access to your Members Area and your Downloads, and support forum (If you have not received an email within an hour of your purchase, please get in contact with us and we will work with you to get you the access you need. (Please check your spam/junk email folders for email from allurethemes DOT com). Memberships area based on subscription levels and billable through PayPal only, at this time. If at anytime you wish to cancel your members, you do need to cancel your own PayPal subscription, which you can do within your Member Area here at Allure Themes, or within your PayPal account. NOTE: You will get billed automatically through PayPal based on the term length of your membership until you cancel your subscription.
Are theme updates free?
Yes, for the duration of your membership package, you get access to all theme updates. Theme updates are released approximately every 1-2 months in an effort to keep up with the latest features of WordPress, so in order to continue access to updates, you will need to have an active membership.
How many web sites can I use Allure Themes on?
You can use our themes on unlimited web sites. To repeat, there is no limit to the number of web sites you can use our themes on.
What happens to the themes I downloaded after my membership expires?
You can continue using the Allure themes you have downloaded forever, once you download them, they are yours to keep and use. You do not, however, have access to ugrades, support or new theme releases unless you re-activate your membership.
How do I get access to new theme releases?
Providing you have an active membership, you will find all new theme releases in our downloads section whenever we release a new theme. Once your membership expires, however; you will no longer have access to our new releases – so be sure to keep your membership up to date to always have access to new theme releases and updates.
I downloaded your themes and decided not to use them – can I get a refund?
Because of the nature of our themes — which are digitally delivered and non-tangible goods — we cannot offer refunds or charge backs for purchases. Therefore, please read our FAQs carefully before purchasing your Allure Theme membership. We recommend thoroughly reviewing the themes on in our Theme Collection and ask any questions prior to your purchase before making your decision. (NOTE: Our memberships are subscription-based with recurring billing, please reading your billing statement thoroughly – thank you!)
General Theme Questions:
What is the structure of Allure Themes?
Each and every Allure Theme is built on the foundation of our parent Allure Default theme. The Allure Default comes with every download package and MUST be installed in your WordPress themes directory in order for any of our themes to work on your site. Why did we structure it this way? It makes updates so much easier for you, and for us – updates get applied to the Allure Default theme, that way, we only have to concentrate on one theme in order to provide updates to all of the themes in our collection. When you purchase membership at Allure Themes, you gain access to our Allure Default parent theme, as well as any and all child themes that have been built upon it’s foundation.
Am I required to have the default theme?
Yes, as mentioned above, Allure Themes will not work without the Allure Default theme in place. Refer to the documentation that comes with each theme package to get further information – or, if you are already a member, hit us up in our support forum with any questions you have regarding the use of your Allure Themes.
What about the great photography I see used on the Allure Themes demos? Do those come with the theme download?
No, the photography used on our demo sites are simply in place to show you what can be done with Allure Themes, and how the theme looks when you put our themes together with content. We only have a single-site license use for the photographs you see on our demo sites and they are not a part of the theme package, itself. We really look forward to seeing what Allure Themes looks like with YOUR content, however – - be sure to let us know how you have Allure Themes in use on your web site, we’d love to hear about it!
Are the PSD design files included in each Allure Theme?
Unless otherwise specified, the PSD design files are not included with your theme purchase.

What type of support does Allure Themes offer?
All theme support is provided via our support forum with our moderators ready to answer your questions.
How do I gain access to the support forum?
You gain access to our support forum once you purchase your preferred membership package.
Can I call you on the phone?
We do not provide phone consultations or support. We are happy to answer any of your questions in our support forum, or via email.
Do you provide theme customization services?
