I am very excited to announce the emergence of Genesis Child Themes here at Allure. Back when I was announcing my intention to launch a WordPress theme company for women, I was very open about the idea, and actually announced early, that all of my themes here at Allure would also get ported to some of the more popular frameworks available out there today. This way, it gives users a choice – additionally, I don’t want users to have to reinvent the wheel, so to speak; so if they already have an established web site using a framework like Genesis, Builder or Headway, they will also be able to take advantage of the theme offerings here at Allure Themes.
My first order of business here during the month of April was to launch this site with an offering of 6 themes, initially – since than, I have added on one additional theme, with the intention to add more in the coming weeks. The month of May will see all Allure Themes ported for use as child themes for the Genesis Framework by StudioPress and, to that end, I have already ported two Allure themes that are now available as Genesis Child themes: April and Dabble. You will find the Genesis demo link on the individual theme information pages and Allure Members will already find the Genesis Child Themes for April and Dabble in their Member’s download area.
Genesis by StudioPress is a highly popular framework for many WordPress users and we have received several requests to make our Allure WordPress Themes for Women available for use on Genesis. Your wish is our command!
Now you can use our themes with either the Allure Foundation or the Genesis Framework by StudioPress – the choice is yours! If you are already a Genesis user, simply download one of our Genesis Child Themes through your Members Area (in the Allure/Genesis Child Themes section), install and activate and you’re ready to go! Our Allure Themes for Genesis gives allows you to take advantage of all the features offered by the Genesis framework, wrapped up in a beautiful design by Allure.
Not a Genesis user? You can purchase the Genesis Framework from StudioPress, which provides you with the required framework download – as well as access to their stellar support forums and Genesis theme documentation.
Don’t worry, though – if you do not wish to purchase Genesis, then our Allure Foundation theme will get you there, and is available in your Member Area at no additional charge (outside of your Membership subscription).
